Melt story

I wanted to go in a different direction and decided to do the piece through first person perspective. They are in the hot sun, sweating and essentially melting.

Art Show

1. My favorite piece of artwork was the Unionism project because we had to research and come up with a message that our art was supposed to send .

2. I learned a lot about Andrew Carnegie and about the importance of planning things out. I also learned the importance of being able to solve a problem if your original idea doesn't work.

3. I would like to do a lot more artwork with mixed media because there are so many possibilities.

4. Before summer break I would like to paint landscapes.

Final Cubist Portrait

Almost there.....

Cubist influence.

Artist: Shambhabi Raha

I would like to incorporate how the artist uses texture in the shapes and is able to make the portrait unique and interesting in an unconventional way. I also admire their color choice.

Artist : Tim Biskup

I like how he uses small shapes and color to  create form in a simplistic way and would like to incorporate that into my painting.
